We all want a better place to live, and it doesn’t take a bigger paycheck to get it.  What it takes is real work from real people, cultivating meaningful improvements in their community.
 
Sure, it’s ambitious and may even sound Pollyanna.  But opportunity usually shows up in overalls.  It’s regular folks rolling up their shirt sleeves making things happen, good things. Sometimes great things.
 
Your team members and your volunteers are ready to help.  But they need good leadership and clear direction.  The success of your cause depends on having the right people doing the right tasks, working collectively behind a bold, clearly defined mission.
