Meet The Blackfish

Hi, we’re the Blackfish team.  Our mission is to help not-for-profit organizations, public service groups, all walks of teams and individuals clarify what they do and then do it very well.  Good leadership is trained, not born.  We’ve mentored, coached and encouraged groups from coast to coast, big names you’ve heard of and some little ones you haven’t.  
 
It’s great to see a group run more efficiently, but that’s not why we’re here.  Not really.  What really drives us is knowing that more shut-ins will get hot meals today, more underprivileged will receive free health care, and more disaster victims will have a bed and a blanket tonight because of what we do.  Because of good leadership.  These are the results of our results.  It’s why we’re here.  It’s why we do what we do.
